expand_moreHow do I open an account?Email us a copy of your esthetics diploma along with a piece of ID and we’ll contact you shortly.

expand_moreCan I open an account or visit you?Of course! We’re also present at several schools and we’re available to give presentations. If we’re not already at your school and you’d like to request a presentation, please ask your school’s administration to contact us.

expand_moreI’m not a beautician. Can I buy directly from you?No, you require an esthetics diploma. If you’d like to purchase our products, please visit one of our partner salons.

expand_moreDo you offer delivery?We offer free delivery on orders of $300 or more. For orders under $300, a $12,50 delivery fee applies. Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.

expand_moreCan I pick up products directly from you?Yes. We are located in Brossard, Quebec but we deliver anywhere in Canada.

expand_moreWhat payment methods do you accept?We accept all methods of payment including cash, cheques, credit cards and Interac.

expand_moreAre your products approved by Health Canada?All our products are submitted to Health Canada and are assigned a Cosmetic Number.
However, it is important to note that Health Canada itself does not approve cosmetic products. Therefore, it is illegal to advertise a product as being “Approved by Health Canada”.
Such a claim would violate Article 17 of the Government of Canada’s Cosmetic Regulations (Food and Drugs Act), which states that “no reference, direct or indirect, to the Act or these Regulations shall be made on any label or in any advertisement of a cosmetic unless the reference is a specific requirement of the Act or these Regulations.” -
expand_moreWhy do you only offer one skin care brand?The answer is simple. We distribute a high-quality French product line that includes everything a beautician and their clients could ever need. That’s why we see no need to advise you on other brands. Our family has been importing these products for 30 years, a fact that stands as a testament to their impressive results. We’re also very knowledgeable about each product’s characteristics.

expand_moreDo you require a minimum purchase?No, we don’t have a minimum purchase requirement. However, it’s helpful to know which products are key to success. We recognize that each salon has a unique clientele and specific needs, so we don’t believe in pushing you to buy an entire product line. Ask us for guidance!

expand_moreDo you offer training?Yes. For more information, please consult our calendar. We offer client days as well as more personalized training. Courses are available in English or French. Upon request, Académie Scientifique de Beauté training may also be offered in Russian.
